I felt the subject was fitting considering the current raging trend of live videos (on social media) and live streaming (through Netflix, Hotstar and others). Like my previous post, I\u2019ve got a few astounding numbers to emphasize the importance of live stream \/ live videos:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>The key phrase \u201c<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/techjury.net\/stats-about\/facebook-live\/\"><em>Facebook live<\/em><\/a><em> stream\u201d has enjoyed a 330% increase in searches between 2016 to 2018. (Source: MediaKix)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>More than 1 in 5 Facebook videos are Live and are watched 3X longer than pre-recorded videos. (Source: Go-Globe)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>The streaming industry is estimated to reach $124.6 billions by 2025.(Source: MediaKix)&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re probably thinking, \u201cWell, this is all great but my customers won\u2019t know what to do with a .LIVE domain\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve got a couple of suggestions on how your customers can leverage a .LIVE domain so let\u2019s dive right in:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>For a news website<\/strong>: There\u2019s so much you can do with a .LIVE domain!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A news website&nbsp; could share live video updates on a certain story.
