Data integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDNSSEC uses a digital signature to create a chain of authority. Then, it uses the chain to verify that the source domain name, which the DNS resolver returns, matches the DNS record stored at the authoritative DNS. If it cannot validate the source, it discards the response. This ensures that the user is connecting to the actual address for a domain name.<\/p>\n

Changes in Get Details API Call<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nThis information is for our API users only. We will soon be making changes to the Get Details by domain-name<\/b> API call. The result of this call will now have normal contacts as well as privacy protected data (if the domain is Privacy Protected).<\/p>\n
Please note that Get Details API call which takes in order id remains unchanged.<\/p>\n
Update on pricing of .NAME Domains<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nWe\u2019re also happy to announce that despite the Registry increasing the prices of .NAME Domains by $0.60, we\u2019re NOT passing on the price hike to you<\/b>. You can continue to offer .NAME Domains to your customers at the same price as you currently do.<\/p>\n
Please Note<\/b>: If you are receiving specific pricing for .NAME Domains, it will increase subsequently by $0.60 starting 1st of August, to keep in line with the increased Registry pricing.<\/p>\n
