Domain and Service Renewal Reminder Email Guidelines
When you want to understand how renewal reminder emails are sent for expiring domains and services. This article explains the renewal reminder process and communication flow.
For Domain Registration Orders
We send consolidated emails to both its Customers as well as the domain name Registrant Contact informing them about their Domain Registration Orders as well as any other Product/Service Orders, that are nearing their Expiry Date.

NOTE
The Registrant Contact Email Address is sent an email only if it is different from the Customer's Email Address.

Email Notifications
- Our customers are sent expiring domain name renewal instruction emails before the domain name(s) actually expire, upon expiry, and upon deletion.
- The reminders are sent to the Customer Username (Email Address) and Registrant Contact from 45 days prior to the domain name's expiry, on the 1st, 11th, and 21st day of every month, until the domain name is either Renewed or Deleted (due to non-renewal).
- The reminders are also sent to the Registrant Contact 30 days and 7 days prior to the Domain Registration Order's Expiry.

Information
In case of .IN domains (including only these Third Level .IN domains: .CO.IN, .NET.IN, .ORG.IN, .GEN.IN, .FIRM.IN, .IND.IN), an email is also sent to the Customer and Registrant Contact 60 and 30 days before the domain name expiry (besides the above mentioned intervals).

This report displays the Order ID, Domain Name, Product Category, Expiry Date, Days to Expiry, and Days to Deletion, besides information about how to go about renewing these Orders.

NOTE
The email will display a maximum of 10 Orders. To view the complete list of Orders, the Customer needs to login to his Control Panel through the link provided in the email.

Information
In case your domain name has been Locked/Suspended by us, you will not be able to immediately renew your domain name. You need to contact our Support Team.

Our resellers can easily view all expiring and expired domain names from the Renewal Management interface within their Reseller Control Panel and choose to renew any domain name on behalf of their Customer(s).

For other Products/Services
We send consolidated e-mails to its Customers informing them about their Product/Service Orders, that are nearing their Expiry Date.

Our customers are sent expiring Order renewal instruction e-mails before the Order(s) actually expire, after expiry, and on deletion.

The reminders are sent to the Customer Username (E-mail Address) from 45 days prior to expiry, on the 1st, 11th, and 21st day of every month, until the Order is either Renewed or Deleted (due to non-renewal).

This report displays the Order ID, Domain Name, Product Category, Expiry Date, Days to Expiry, and Days to Deletion, besides detailed information about how to go about renewing these Orders.

Information
In case your Order has been Suspended by us, you will not be able to immediately renew your Order. You need to contact our Support Team.

Our resellers can easily view all expiring and expired Orders from the Renewal Management interface within their Reseller Control Panel and choose to renew any Order on behalf of their Customer(s).

NOTE
When an Order Expires,

When the Order is Deleted, the Customer is sent a final e-mail informing him/her that the Order is Deleted, since it was not Renewed within 15 days after Expiry.
