Getting Started with Business and Enterprise Email Hosting

When you want to set up and start using Business and Enterprise Email Hosting. This article explains the essential steps including configuring DNS records, creating user accounts, setting up domain aliases, and accessing webmail.

If upon adding a Google Workspace order, you are unable to send/receive emails, it could indicate that the required DNS resource records for Google Workspace have not been added within your DNS Zone. In which case you may add the below set of MX records for Google Workspace:

GSuite DNS

You will also need to add the below SPF record for your domain:

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

You may also encounter cases wherein you had Free/Business/Enterprise Email added for your domain and thereafter switched to Google Workspace but the DNS does not reflect the Google Workspace resource records. In this case, as well, you would need to delete the existing MX records and add the above DNS resource records specific to Google Workspace.

NOTE:

If the hosting for your domain lies elsewhere, please ensure that you add the resource records within the zone at the hosting provider’s end.
