Add or Update Your GST or VAT ID

Follow the steps below based on the panel you use.

OrderBox Reseller Control Panel

1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.

2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Go to Account and Security.

4. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon.

5. Enter your GST or VAT ID in the appropriate field.

6. Click Save.

WebPro Reseller Control Panel

1. Log in to your WebPro Panel.

2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Go to Account and Security.

4. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon.

5. Enter your GST or VAT ID in the appropriate field.

6. Click Save.

Important Information

• Ensure that your GST or VAT ID is entered correctly before saving the changes.

• Updates will only be reflected on invoices generated after the change is saved.

• Previously generated invoices cannot be modified.

• If you are a European or Russian reseller with a valid VAT ID, add it to your reseller account so that VAT is not charged on your invoices, where applicable.
