How to Access Webmail in cPanel

When you want to access your email through a web browser. This article explains how to access webmail in cPanel.

Webmail are web-based email accounts. These are usually email accounts that are operated from a website. Webmail allows the users to access their emails as long as they have access to an Internet connection and a web browser.

In webmail, the email is accessed using a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox rather than a dedicated email client app such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird.

You can access the webmail by the following steps:

Option 1: Through URL

1. In your web browser visit the following url: domain.com/webmail (replace domain.com with your domain name)
2. Login to this page using your email address and password

Option 2: Through your cPanel/Plesk account

For cPanel:

1. Log in to your cPanel account
2. Click on email accounts under cPanel > Email
3. Under Email Accounts, locate the email address that you want to access and click the Check Email button.
4. If this is the first time you are accessing webmail for the account, select the webmail application that you want to use.
