Prerequisites:  
- Access to WHM with appropriate username and password.  
- WHM installed in your hosting environment, typically under a reseller hosting plan.  

Steps:  
1) Login to WHM with your username and password.  
2) Locate the **Packages** section in the navigation menu on the left.  
3) Click on **Add a Package** within the Packages section.  
4) Enter a **Package Name** for your hosting package.  
5) Specify the **Resources** you want to allocate for the package, such as bandwidth, disk space, and number of email accounts.  
6) Leave the default values in **Settings** as they are.  
7) Click **Add** to create the package.  

Note: After creating the package, you will need to create a cPanel account and assign this package to it.  

Warnings:  
- Be sure to allocate resources wisely to avoid overuse or limitations on user accounts.  
- Only create packages if you have the necessary permissions in WHM.
