Prerequisites:  
- Access to Business or Enterprise Email via webmail with Roundcube interface.  
- Calendar events file with .ics extension (for import).  

Steps:  
1) Click on the **Calendar** option in your webmail.  
2) Select the calendar you want to import or export, then click on its **edit button**.  
3) Click the **Import/Export** option.  
4a) To import calendar events:  
- Click on the **Import from file** button.  
- Choose the .ics file from your PC.  
- Click **Save**.  
4b) To export calendar events:  
- Click on the **Export to file** button.  
- The calendar events will be downloaded as a .ics file to your PC.
