How to Manage Subscriptions in Plesk
When you want to create or adjust hosting subscriptions. This article explains how to manage subscriptions in Plesk.
What is a subscription?
A subscription is an instance of a service plan assigned to a customer account. Subscriptions are a combination of resources available and permissions granted to a user.
Each subscription is linked to a main domain, which is the domain created along with the subscription. You can create and host multiple subdomains/addon domains under one subscription. These domains are grouped together in a single instance of the Plesk Panel.
Subscriber: A subscriber/customer is a Plesk user who can be assigned subscriptions. Customers can "own" one or more subscriptions, and log into the Plesk Panel for each subscription they own.
Adding a Subscription in Plesk
1. Login to Plesk as the Reseller
2. Navigate to Subscriptions>Add Subscription
3. Click Add new subscription
4. Fill out the mentioned detailed
5. Provide a desired username and password.

Deleting a Subscription in Plesk:
1. Log in to Plesk as the Reseller
2.Navigate to Subscriptions>Add Subscription
3.Select the checkbox next to the subscription you want to remove.
4.Click Remove. Plesk removes the subscription.

Customizing a Subscription in Plesk:
Customize subscription parameters:
1.Log in to Plesk as the Reseller
2.Go to Subscriptions and click on the Subscription.
3.Click the Customize option located in the right-side panel.
4.Edit the relevant parameters in the respective tabs
5. Select ‘Apply’ and then ‘ok’

Transferring a subscription to another user(subscriber):
1.Log in to Plesk as the Reseller
2.Go to Subscriptions > example.com > Change Subscriber:

Suspending/Activating a Subscription in Plesk
1. Log into Plesk as the Reseller
2. Navigate to the Subscriptions and tick the checkboxes next to it
3. Click on Change Status>Suspend or ‘Activate’ (if suspended previously)
