How to Migrate a WordPress Site to WordPress Hosting (Backup & Restore via UpdraftPlus)
When you want to migrate or transfer an existing WordPress website to a WordPress Hosting plan, this article explains how to move your site using a backup and restore method with the UpdraftPlus plugin, including steps from your current WordPress installation to the new hosting environment.
- Log in to your Control Panel
- Navigate to Orders, and search for your hosting domain
- Under Manage Web Hosting, click Go to cPanel
- Then select WordPress Manager by Softaculous from the top-left section.
