Prerequisites:  
- Access to your control panel with appropriate permissions to manage SSL certificate orders.

Steps:  
1) Log in to your control panel.  
2) Navigate to the **Order Information** view.  
3) In the search field on the homepage, type the domain name of your SSL certificate order. Select **Order** from the drop-down menu, then click **Search**.  
4) To renew your SSL Certificate order:  
   - Click the **Renew** button.  
   - Select the renewal duration.  
   - Click **Renew Order** to pay your invoice.  
   - Follow the steps for Applying for an SSL certificate to receive your final certificate.  
5) To suspend your SSL Certificate order:  
   - Click the **Suspend** button.  
   - Select the **Suspend** radio button, enter a reason for suspension, and click **Update**.  
6) To delete your SSL Certificate order:  
   - Click the **Delete Order** button.  
   - Confirm your deletion when prompted.  

Warnings:  
- Order renewal is only available within 30 days before the expiry date.  
- Renewing an EV Certificate requires re-verification of organization details.  
- Once an order is suspended, no other actions can be performed except for deletion.
