Prerequisites:
- Access to the Plesk control panel for your hosting package.

Steps:
1) Log in to the Plesk panel.
2) Navigate to the **Statistics** tab to view overall disk space and traffic usage.
3) Alternatively, go to the **Resource Usage** tab on the right-hand side of the Plesk page and click **View More Statistics**.
4) To refresh mail usage statistics, navigate to **Mail Addresses** in Plesk.
5) Click on **Refresh Usage Stats** to update the mail disk usage information.

Note: A limit is placed on mail disk space per user on shared servers to prevent excessive resource usage that may affect other users’ experience.
