How to Whitelist Script From Email Addresses in Plesk
When website scripts must send emails from approved addresses to avoid delivery blocks. This article explains how to whitelist script “From” email addresses in Plesk.
We have observed multiple of our shared server IPs being listed on Real-Time Blackhole List (RBL) for complaints received by end-users of cases in which the 'FROM' address was spoofed by users on our server.
Hence we have designed a new mechanism to block the actual email addresses which are spamming from our servers to ensure our server IP stability and integrity. Thus to circumvent the same, we have designed a policy wherein if the clients are using mail scripts for sending across emails they will need to register the email address on their end.
Note: All the email IDs which are used to send emails via script for marketing/ advertising/ notification by your application or by CMSs (coz. WordPress, Joomla, etc) must have to be registered/ whitelisted here.
