Manage Google Workspace Pricing in the Reseller Control Panel
When you want to configure Google Workspace pricing for customers and sub-resellers. This article explains how to manage selling prices by country, update pricing for different plans, and understand pricing behavior on SuperSite and PartnerSite.
Follow the steps below to set your Selling Prices for G Suite (formerly Google Apps for Work) Plans.
Step 1: Log in to your control panel.
Step 2: Navigate to the Google Workspace page.

In the Menu, click on Settings > Manage Products and Pricing.

Click the Google Workspace link.
Step 3: Set the Selling Price.

You can set your Selling Prices for your Customers from within the Customers tab and for Sub-Resellers from within the Sub-Resellers tab

Select the country for which you want to set the pricing by clicking on the list on the left.

Click on the Manage Price link under the Action column against any Plan.

Add the per month Selling Price.

Click on the Update button to save your changes.
Follow the same process for setting prices for Sub-Resellers.

Your customers will be charged as per the pricing you set based on the country mentioned in the customer’s profile.

Your cost price will vary based on the country of the customer who purchases the order.

Google keeps a check on the IPs that access any order. If the IP accessing an order is found to be from an unsupported country, Google may suspended the order.

Price can be any number (upto 2 decimal places). Hence, 3.00, 3, 3.19 are all valid prices.

The SuperSite and PartnerSite contain Pricing information about the Products and Services you offer to your Customers and Sub-Resellers respectively. Once you have updated your Prices, the changes are reflected on your SuperSite and PartnerSite automatically.
