To lift the Server Hold from your .XYZ domain name, follow these steps:
- Visit the Registry’s website to understand the specific abuse case associated with your domain.

- If suspended, the lookup result will indicate that your domain has been reported for abuse.

- f your domain is blacklisted, fill out the blocklist removal forms on each of these sites to get your domain removed from their listings. After removal, recheck the listings and take appropriate screenshots.
- Upload the screenshots as evidence under Section 3 of the Registry’s form, “Enter Required Evidence.” Enter your Name and Email Address and submit the form.
You will receive an acknowledgment email from the Registry. They will review your request and, if approved, unsuspend your domain and lift the Server Hold lock, notifying you via email.
