- 30 Days MBG: All VPS plans have a 30 days MBG period during which you will receive a full refund. Following a manual abuse check, we will provide a refund
- For Orders with Free Domain: If you have claimed a free domain, you will receive a refund after deducting the domain cost price of the remaining amount
- Pro-rata Refund after 30 Days: After 30 days, pro-rata refund will be provided. This refund will not take the domain’s cost price into consideration
