How to View or Export Customers and Sub-Resellers in the Reseller Control Panel

When you want to review or export customer or sub-reseller records. This article explains how to view and export records in the Reseller Control Panel.

If you wish to see or download a list of all your Customers, it is very easy to do so.

Simply login to your control panel and follow these steps:

To view the list on screen:

Please navigate to "Customers" » "List"

To get a filtered list, you can use the Advanced Search form at "Customers" » "Search"

You can use the various options to filter the results based on your requirements.

Note: If there are too many results, then you can set the number of records you see on the page from "Settings" » "Interface Settings" menu. This will split the results in multiple pages so you can easily navigation between pages usng the navigation buttons provided at the bottom.

To download a CSV report:

If you wish to download a list of your Customers in CSV format, then please navigate to "Customers" » "Export"

Similarly, if you are looking for a list of your Sub-Resellers, then you just need to use the "Sub-Resellers" menu instead of the "Customers" menu. The process is very much the same.

If you wish to download a list of your Customers in CSV format, then please navigate to "Sub-Resellers" » "Export"
