Prerequisites:  
- Access to the Reseller Control Panel with permissions to manage sub-resellers.

Steps:  
1) Login to your Reseller Control Panel.  
2) Navigate to **Sub-Resellers** -&gt; **Search** and enter search criteria to find the desired sub-reseller.  
3) Click the **Name** link of the sub-reseller from the search results.  
4) In the Sub-Reseller Details view, click the **Modify** button.  
5) Update the sub-reseller’s profile details as needed.  
6) Click the **Modify** button to save and submit the changes.  

Warnings:  
- You can change the sub-reseller’s Email Address (username for their control panel) if the existing email is no longer usable or the sub-reseller has lost control of it.  
- The Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the sub-reseller cannot be changed.
