### Steps:

#### Suspending a Sub-Reseller
1) Search for the Sub-Reseller in the Reseller Control Panel and open the Sub-Reseller Details view.  
2) Click the **Suspend** button.

&gt; Note: Suspending a Sub-Reseller also suspends *all* Sub-Resellers and Customers under this Sub-Reseller chain.  
&gt; Note: All Services under this Sub-Reseller chain remain active despite the suspension.

#### Unsuspending a Sub-Reseller
1) Search for the Sub-Reseller in the Reseller Control Panel and open the Sub-Reseller Details view.  
2) Click the **Unsuspend** button.

&gt; Note: Unsuspending a Sub-Reseller also unsuspends *all* Sub-Resellers and Customers under this Sub-Reseller.  
&gt; Note: Sub-Resellers and Customers suspended for reasons other than the parent Sub-Reseller’s suspension will *not* be unsuspended when the parent is unsuspended.
