When and Where Will I Receive My Withdrawn Funds?

Use this article to understand where your withdrawn funds will be sent, when they will be credited, and what information you may need to provide based on when your most recent payment was made.


If Your Most Recent Payment Was Made Within the Last One Year

Your withdrawn funds are generally credited to the same bank account or payment account that was used to make your most recent payment.

No additional information is required.


If Your Most Recent Payment Was Made More Than One Year Ago

Our Billing team will contact you through your billing ticket and request the information required to process your withdrawn funds.

The information required depends on how your withdrawn funds will be processed.

If Your Withdrawn Funds Will Be Sent via PayPal

You may be asked to provide:

  • PayPal Username

  • PayPal Account Holder Name

Important: Ensure that your PayPal account is active and able to receive the funds.

If Your Withdrawn Funds Will Be Sent via Bank Transfer

You may be asked to provide:

  • Beneficiary Name

  • Beneficiary Address

  • Bank Name

  • Bank Address

  • Account Number

  • IBAN (if applicable)

  • SWIFT Code

Once the required information has been received and verified, your withdrawn funds will be processed accordingly.
