When Should I Reverse Virtual Funds?
You may need to reverse virtual funds in the following situations:

You refunded an offline payment.

You no longer wish to extend credit to a customer or sub-reseller.

Virtual funds were added by mistake.
Reverse Virtual Funds for a Customer

Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.

Go to Customers → List Transactions.

Search for the required transaction.

Click the Transaction Description.

From the Chargeback/Held drop-down menu, select Refund.

Keep the Transaction Key the same as the Transaction Description.

Select the following options:

Subtract this Amount from Total Receipts figure of Customer

Make this Debit Note Greedy
-

Click Submit.
Reverse Virtual Funds for a Sub-Reseller

Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.

Go to Sub-Resellers → List Transactions.
-
Search for the required transaction.
-
Click the Transaction Description.
-
From the Chargeback/Held drop-down menu, select Refund.

Keep the Transaction Key the same as the Transaction Description.

Select the following options:

Subtract this Amount from Total Receipts figure of Sub-Reseller

Make this Debit Note Greedy

Click Submit.
What Happens Next?
Once you click Submit, the virtual funds are immediately removed from the selected customer or sub-reseller account.
